ABOUT YPP:

The Young Professionals Program (YPP) is the strategic talent pipeline for the professional career in the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) Group. The Program is designed for outstanding young graduates who can significantly help the IDB Group to carry out its mission and attain its objectives.

This Program enables each Young Professional (YP) to receive extensive exposure and experience of the IDB Group’s various activities through job rotations in different departments. Participants will initially spend two weeks Orientation stage in HRMD. Then, 27 months in Foundation stage which will be split into three rotations of 9 months each in IDB Group departments.

Participants will also benefit from a coaching/mentoring arrangement and a wide range of relevant training and developmental opportunities.

· Apply database technology and database analytic skills to support CVI lift through:
o Development and enhancement of marketing friendly customer and prospect databases through specialized knowledge and skills of database technology and platforms.

• The Network Engineer shall deal with the day-to-day Tasks & requirements regarding Networks, receiving the requests from the IT Manager.
• Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within an organization or between organizations.
• And to ensure the smooth operation of communication networks in order to provide maximum performance and availability for the endpoints & users, such as staff, clients, customers and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the platform they work on (Phoenix), however similar core banking system (i-Flex/ Tenemos) knowledge will be acceptable. You must have knowledge and experience developing general banking products (Loans/ Trading).

Proven leadership skills along with strong communication skills (Arabic and English) is essential for this role.

Personal, Auto, and Mortgage loan products, Loan Repayment Schedules, Loan servicing and Charges.
PDC Management System.

Candidates are expected to have over 5 years of experience at a financial institution.
