Wed, 2012-11-28 17:15 — newsdeskThalassemia medical centre has acquired a Transcranial Doppler Ultrasonography (TCD) machine that can help prevention of stroke in patients with sickle cells as a donation from the Dubai Islamic Humanitarian Foundation and Dubai Islamic Bank. The center registers over 150 sickle cell patients who will benefit from a new machine.
