Emirates NBD takes over Dubai Bank
Thu, 2011-10-13 10:19 — newsdeskDubai Bank was saved by Emirates NBD under instructions from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai’s ruler. Dubai Bank is owned by the government, which also has a 55% stake in Emirates NBD.
Rick Pudner, CEO of ENBD, stated that Dubai Bank will be capitalized by ENBD to the extent considered necessary.
